When Lady Gaga launched her Joanne World Tour at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut, I was hired to create a floral arrangement.

I stumbled upon a vintage, musical note briefcase from a local thrift shop. I needed a way to keep the briefcase open for the flowers to work on the inside, so I also found old albums that I thought she might like. I chose Bananrama, Barbara Streisand, and Julie Landon.

I learned that Gaga loved white and lavender roses and added them to the accordian section of the briefcase.

Much to my delight Lady Gaga loved the floral arrangement!

She took to social media and gave me a huge shout out!

She posted herself warming up in her dressing room with her Bulldogs and paned to the flowers with a message of thanks to Michelle Duthrie!

Two years later the briefcase appeared again in her home as she performed a song during the One World Global Segment on TV during the 2020 pandemic.
